Your Role as an Observer
- Conduct a short 5-minute daily phone call with your assigned student
- Let the child speak freely – no advice, no evaluation
- Log the child's learning, feelings, or experiences from that day
- Submit a short structured summary – which goes to the child's parent and principal
- Audit peer calls to maintain quality and earn insights

Once assigned, you'll access the student profile (submitted by parents)

You'll have access to a secure Observer dashboard to log reports
Peer Call Review
You'll be able to review peer observers' calls equal to the calls you make
