As a Principal, you won't directly interact with students—but your guidance shapes the program:
- Approve & Appoint Observers for learners in your region
- Review Summaries & Reports sent by Observers
- Escalate or Intervene if any red flags or unique patterns are noticed
- Maintain Confidentiality & Quality Control
- Promote Trust among parents, observers, and your educator network

Daily Observation Calls
Observers conduct 5-minute daily calls to quietly listen and document
